Primary Description: 
Vase with a Half Dime of 1849 Enclosed in the Stem. Clear heavy glass with grey-pink tinge and few bubbles; wear marks; free blown and tooled, with latticinio decoration; flat foot with very rough pontil mark, composite stem consisting of large flattened knop-like bulge at bottom and an applied plain ring of clear glass, upper part straight-sided and increasing in diameter towards flaring rim; bowl has heavy white loopings (four vertical sections).
