Primary Description: 
Transparent "Celeste Blue" glass cased with opaque "Black Jade" glass; blown and acid etched. Circular flared upper rim; short cylindrical neck; rounded shoulder curvilinearly tapers to flared base area; body of vase is decorated with "Dragon design"; rough pontil with drilled hole; wheel engraved on base: "F Carder".
