Primary Description: 
Colorless glass with flaked gold-leaf surface decoration; mold-blown, tooled, applied. Vertically ribbed, inverted bell-shaped form with compressed collar and flared 10-scalloped rim; decorated with two applied reeded handles holding circular "rope" bale handles. Polished pontil.
