Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled, gilt. Globular bowl; wide gilt band at the rim, above a ring of tiny white enamel dots; polychrome coat of arms with two crests on the side, inscribed at either side "COM./HARRACH." and "1.6./3.2.", with stylized white enameled floral ornaments at the sides and on the reverse; the inside of the bowl cloudy (intentional spray); drawn short stem with medial angular knop outlined with a ring of white dashes; circular foot with ring of gold diamonds and white dots arranged in groups of five; rough pontil mark.
