Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, engraved. Round funnel bowl, with engraved representation of a rose on a stem with three leaves, spouting a thistle with three leaves, and inscribed on the reverse "Fiat" in script; short waisted section above a multiple spiral air twist stem, with an inverted baluster at the top and a spreading knop at the center; conical foot with rough pontil mark.
