Transparent dark blue non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Conical bowl with a band of pairs of circular facets at the base, the upper half covered with elaborate foliate vines; large baluster-knopped stem with cut circular facets; circular foot with engraved foliate border; rough pontil mark.
