Colorless lead glass; blown, engraved. Trumpet bowl with solid base, engraved with a representation of a man on horseback, inscribed "THE GLORIOUS MEMORY OF KING WILLIAM" in a band arcing above, with "BOYNE 1st JULY / 1690" framed by foliate branches on the reverse; stem with two mereses at the top of a slightly waisted column, flaring at the top and bottom, with a bladed merese at the base and a waisted section below; folded conical foot with rough pontil mark.
