Biography: Dafna Kaffeman
Dafna Kaffeman earned a master’s in fine arts from the Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam. She has presented solo exhibitions at the American University Museum in Washington (2011), Eretz Israel Museum (2013), Keramik Museum Westerwald (2013), and the Lorch+Seidel contemporary in Berlin (2006, 2010, 2013). She also participated in many group shows in Europe and the United States. In 2011, Kaffeman was awarded the Prize for the Advancement of the Arts (Israel). Kaffeman's works are held in the collections of various museums, including The Corning Museum of Glass, the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. She is senior lecturer and head of the glass course at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
