Corning Museum of Glass

Gabe Bloodworth is a second-generation glassblower from Springfield, Missouri. He started working with hot glass at the age of 16 at a small studio where he worked with his father. Gabe immediately fell in love with the material and the challenges it presented. Using an ever-expanding array of techniques, he strives to create pieces that are aesthetically pleasing and that showcase the natural beauty of the glass. Gabe loves learning new methods for manipulating glass and enjoys collaborating with other artists.
