This class will focus on the deconstruction of the sculpting process in a simple and approachable way, touching on basic foundations of solid and blown sculpture, proficient use of the hot torch, garage work, and color application. From there, you will take what you have learned and move to assembling complicated forms involving teamwork and timing. Then the question will be, “What can’t we make?” as you manifest your imagination in a tangible way. Two years of glassblowing experience are required.
