Graphic and Color Systems in Glass

Using colored rods, powders, frits, and techniques such as color overlaying and cane making, students will create combinations of graphic patterns and will experiment with color schemes. These patterns will then be used to produce marbles. The instructor will demonstrate his color theory, and students will have the opportunity to apply these color schemes in their work. Participants should bring an ample supply of color bars, frit, and powder.  One year of glassblowing experience is required.
