Evening for Educators

Thursday, March 18, 2010
4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

This free networking event has become a favorite with local educators. Join with peers and the Museum’s education staff for an afternoon of exhilarating ideas to help you meet NY State Learning Standards as you partner with the Museum. Discover how we can help enhance your students' learning experiences. Dr. David Whitehouse, executive director and curator of ancient and Islamic glass, previews the exhibition, Medieval Glass for Popes, Princes, and Peasants. Don’t forget to ask your principal for in-service credit for attending this event. Plan to stay for our popular free art happening 2300° immediately following Evening for Educators.
