2300°: GlassFest

This special 2300° kicks off the Third Annual Corning, NY GlassFest. See designer Paul Haigh in a GlassLab design session, and enjoy live music by the Makepeace Brothers and Gold Dust Lounge.

Live Glassmaking
Watch as designer Paul Haigh works with our museum glass artists, on the outdoor stage, during a GlassLab design session inspired by the Making Ideas: Experiments in Design at GlassLab exhibition.

Live Music
The Ithaca-based band Makepeace Brothers is composed of four brothers whose roots-based power pop have made people think, feel, and dance with feel-good tunes. Gold Dust Lounge, from South Florida, has a sound that is reminiscent of "surf meets jazz, meets spy-fi, meets spaghetti western, filtered through a film noir lens with a %%bit%% of groove."

New Exhibitions
Explore our newest exhibition, Making Ideas: Experiments in Design at GlassLab.
