2300°: St. Patrick's Eve

St. Patrick's Day starts early at 2300° - Join in the celebration, with live Irish music by The Town Pants and green glassmaking by Robert Scavuzzo.

The Town Pants
Lauded as one of the most original and entertaining live acts currently on the Celtic roots scene, this Irish music at its best. The perfect way to %%kick%% off a St. Patrick's celebration!

Green Glassmaking
It's all green all night. Glassmaker Robert Scavuzzo gets into the spirit with green glassmaking on the Hot Glass Show stage. Scavuzzo’s work is based on respect for the traditions of old world craftsmen, combined with contemporary design. This blending of old and new allows him to produce truly original designs. In the last 14 years he has taught at several universities as well as The Corning Museum of Glass, and exhibits work in many galleries nationwide. In 2004 he had the pleasure of working with Italian master Pino Signoretto.
