3rd Annual GlassFest
The 3rd Annual GlassFest is a four-day celebration of glass & the fire arts in the Crystal City, featuring live hot glass show, flameworking competition, illuminated sculpture at night, live music and entertainment, an 8K running race, shopping and dining, and fireworks, too!
The festival kicks off on Thursday, May 24 with 2300°: GlassFest, at The Corning Museum of Glass. It continues through the weekend with the live, outdoor glassmaking FlameOff competition, wine & beer tastings, live artist demos, and a variety of activities and promotions for the whole family. Be sure to stay for the fireworks exhibition on Saturday evening!
GlassFest events and activities take place all weekend long at The Studio as well. Apply for one of the GlassFest workshops with glassmakers Lorin Silverman, Jim Byrnes and Denise Stillwaggon Leone.
