Families Explore: Music

Add some rhythm to your family’s Sunday afternoon. Discover glass instruments in the Museum’s collection. Enjoy live performances by local musicians, including The East High Kazoo Band and the Crystal City Flute Choir. Listen to a special performance by musician John Snyder, playing the theremin, water phone, didgeridoo, and crystal singing bowls. See and hear a glass didgeridoo made by Museum glassmaker Aaron Jack. Use beads, bells, and other materials to make your own windchimes and other instruments.
