Robert Dauel Guest Artist Demonstration

See guest artist Robert Dauel in a live, narrated demonstration in the Amphitheater Hot Shop on January 22 from 3 to 5 pm.

Working with glass since 1990, Robert Dauel studied glass at Bowling Green State University with the late Robert Hurlstone for three years. Since then, he has gone on to win numerous awards and his work has been featured in several exhibitions. He currently works as part of a glassblowing team under the leadership of Leonard Marty and assists with demonstrations and presentations around Ohio, Indiana, and Pittsburgh.

These demos are included in the cost of admission (kids and teens 17 and under are free).

Robert Dauel Jr.

Robert Dauel is an artist from Sylvania, Ohio, who is currently blowing glass at the Firenation Glass Studio and Gallery and Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion. He began his work at TMA in 1990, after having studied glass at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) for three years with the late Robert Hurlstone.
