Drawing is of bowl with wrap around views. In the center is a dragon, to the left a Japanese woman with scroll riding atop bird, and to the right is a floral design.
Drawing is centered, when folded, on blue paper; title and written description, when unfolded, open to left past blue mounting paper.
"Camille Renard ingénieur Liége" -- stamped in blue ink below title.
"Trois cartels sur le pourtour soit á fleurs, soit á personnage" -- written in ink below stamp.
