Although all the drawings came from Wiedemann, most originated elsewhere.
Preliminary information noted that the watercolor study for "Window in the DeWitt Page mausoleum" and the study of cypress trees and a Middle Eastern village in background were possibly by Frederick Wilson for Tiffany Studios. Researcher Rosalind Pepall, Conservatrice principale des arts décoratifs (anciens et modernes) at the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal, says it is highly unlikely that they were done by Wilson.
