Document provides design plan for proposed vase that will feature the combination of two materials "not usually combined". Featured in document are three proposed vases as well as images of inspiration to illustrate embroidery on materials. Diagrams are provided in lower right corner for creating holes for stitching.

Judy Smilow collaborated with a gaffer July 15, 2012 during her time at GlassLab at Governors Island; this design drawing was not turned into glass or the glass was not kept.
Since 1985, Smilow has been the president and creative director for Smilow Design and specializes in product design and development, creative direction, strategic merchandise planning, graphic, and surface design.
