Variant Title:

Steuben transformation
Title from disc label.
On label: Graphics, Steuben.
Gudenrath, William.
Video begins with old black and white footage of glass being blown and worked in a glass factory and glass being made using the same techniques by Bill Gudenrath to create a dragonstem goblet, and others in the Steuben Glass factory. This is followed by graphics apparently used in the Innovation Center, followed by the video, "Steuben transformation".
Laser videodisc.
See also, "Corning Glass Center: hot glass source 2" (Bib no. 103542) which is very similar in overall content. Hot glass source 1 appears to have more older black and white footage in the first segment on the video. The graphics between the first segment and the last "Steuben transformation" are also different.
For "Steuben transformation", see video of the same name (Bib no. 39088), and Sax master video (Bib no. 104577). With the exception of slight differences in narration on Bib no. 39088, they are the same.
Sax Communications indicates that material on the laser videodisc is very high quality.
Not commercially distributed.
