F-13664C. Microfiche only, original catalog borrowed for filming in 1993 from an annonymous lender.
This catalog was loaned to CMGL prior to filming of F-13664C. Owner divided catalog into separate volumes and was microfilmed in parts as received: F-294C (Catalog I), F-289C (Catalog II), F-292C (Catalog III), F-293 (Miscellaneous). These filmings were poorly done, microfiche is backwards and upside down. User should consult F-13664C or digital copy when available.
