Description in CMoG glass object database: Colorless non-lead glass; cast blank, cut, polished, fractured, engraved. Heavy, solid flattened sphere; center of front cut and polished into a concave lens with 2 1/4" Diam.; back has deeply fractured area slightly off center in the eye area of a large cut and engraved intaglio skull with polished details; lower edge of disc rim is ground flat to form a base; inscribed in script on base: "V. Jeliínek".
