The majority of the notebook pages are blank, but original sign-in sheets are inserted in the back. Also includes 4 pages of glass collection inventory lists. Photocopy of document titled "Some of the people who helped reopen the museum" (3 p.), with handwritten corrections, inserted in front. Section 3 includes information on offers of help from people outside of Corning.
