Displayed in the exhibition titled "The flood of '72: community, collections, and conservation" held at the Rakow Research Library from May 24, 2012-January 3, 2014.
Spiral bound three subject notebook used to record the names of volunteers who assisted the Corning Museum of Glass with recovery and cleanup after the 1972 flood. The majority of the notebook pages are blank, but original sign-in sheets are inserted in the back. Also includes 4 pages of glass collection inventory lists. Photocopy of document titled "Some of the people who helped reopen the museum" (3 p.), with handwritten corrections, inserted in front. Section 3 includes information on offers of help from people outside of Corning.
