This is a visual record of the exhibition "Frederick Carder: portrait of a glassmaker", held April 20-Oct. 20, 1985, at The Corning Museum of Glass. Each of the exhibition cases was filmed. In addition, Bob Rockwell discusses some of the glass with Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Gibson.

The videocassette and container also have handwritten notes with the same information, and both are dated August 18, 1985. On the container, the month has been crossed off and "Oct" written in its place.
