Design drawing includes three images of light bulb: one view is labeled "front view" and two views are labeled "side view - in two pieces of glass". Each image is surrounded by simple line border.
Eric Ku collaborated with gaffers Eric Meek and Chris Rochelle June 30-July 1, 2012 during his time at GlassLab at Governors Island. This design drawing was not turned into glass or the glass was not kept.
Ku partnered in 2010 with designer Alex Merto to found Graphiatrist, a Brooklyn based multi-disciplinary design studio. He began working at the New York-based digital marketing agency, Noise New York, in 2011, where he works on branding, editorial, and website and app designs. He won the 55th Annual Type Director's Club Annual Competition award in 2009, the 2010 "20 under 30 New Visual Artists" award by Print Magazine, and a 46th Annual Society of Publication Designers' Merit Award in 2011.
GlassLab provides an opportunity for designers and glassmakers to collaborate by using hot glass as a catalyst for innovation.
