Description in CMoG glass object database: Colorless, pale blue lead glasses; pâte de verre. Thin-walled dished square, with internal formation consisting of four right-angled walls with pierced and irregular edges tapering at ends; each separated by approximately 1"space dividing the surface into four equal quadrants and creating a raised "+" structure; slightly irregular outside edges of square; matte surface; underside has criss-crossed mold patterning; written in pencil, script letters on base: "K. Mukaide '89".
