Letter dated September 14, 1900 from Mayor Johnson of Fargo, North Dakota commending the Owen's glass blowers, "artists in the manufacture and manipulation of glass in all its forms". Johnson also states in his letter that no license was required from the glass blowers and that, should they return in the future, the same courtesy will again be extended.
