Pat Frantz uses dichroic-coated strips of Effetre glass to make lampworked beads. She begins with a demonstration of how to create core beads with black Italian soft glass, following by techniques for making goldstone stringers. She also makes two-tone round and oval beads, tabular and bicone shapes, twisties, and a patchwork bead with scrap dichroic, as well as a bead with fusible sheet glass and textured ripple.
