Anne Price begins by discussing her younger years and growing up in Corning, NY. She continues by reminiscing about her father, Dr. George V. McCauley, and his involvement in the creation of the 200" disk at Corning Glass Works. McCauley designed and oversaw the entire making of the disk, now used as a lens in the Hale telescope at Mt. Palomar in California.
