Photograph is of seven men in shop; four are seated at work benches decorating glass while the other three stand nearby. Work bench of man in foreground is covered with small, white vases while work bench of man behind appears to be covered with lamp shades. Light fixtures hang above workers and coats and hats are hung on wall above work benches.

"Given to [Eleanor] Bowman by Elsa Knetchel "the foremans daughter", taken 1915" -- written in blue ink on verso. A circled letter "F" is penciled in on verso as well as "SS".

Featured in a video in the exhibition titled "Mt. Washington and Pairpoint: American Glass from the Gilded Age to the Roaring Twenties" held May 19-December 31, 2011 at the Corning Museum of Glass.
Three of the men are identified with numbers 1, 2 and 3 penciled in, though no names are identified with numbers.
