Jan Reino Liefkes presents his lecture using slides of objects primarily in the Victoria & Albert Museum, with some objects from the now dispersed Salviati Museum, and other European and British museums. He includes the Ariadne salver, a mosaic table (from 1862), Salviati glassware, Venetian glass at the 1862 London exhibit and later fairs, and enamelled glass.
