Ursula Huth who was awarded the Rakow Commission by The Corning Museum of Glass, provides an introduction to the work she created. The commissioned piece is a stained glass panel which is unveiled immediately following her lecture. Her work in glass contains a variety of techinques: stained glass, pâte de verre, blown, and cast; themes include travel, maps, boats, ladders, houses.
