John Martin's lecture is included in other videorecordings.
A very good lecture by John Martin documenting the flooding caused by Hurricane Agnes in June 1972 in the Corning, NY area. He begins his lecture with background information regarding the history of the Corning Glass Center and Corning Museum of Glass. The main emphasis of this lecture is the devastation of library materials and museum objects at the Corning Museum of Glass, and the conservation and restoration techniques of the same.
