Ann Wolff is a sculptor, painter, and printmaker, and is the recipient of this year's Rakow Commission. In 1960, working under the name of Ann Wärff, she began her professional career as a designer for Swedish glass manufacturers at the Pukebergs Glassworks. In 1978 she left the glass industry to establish her own studio in Transjö, Kosta, Sweden. In this lecture she discusses her works--
glass and non-glass, past and present. Her commissioned piece for The Corning Museum of Glass was unveiled following this lecture.
