CMGL c. 1 was acquired with a collection of design catalogs, previously belonging to F. G. Wiedemann Stained Glass Studio, Hollis, NY.

CMGL c. 2 has a paper label glued over the publisher information on the cover. The illustrated pages are bound in and trimmed, not accordion folded as with c. 1, and a col. plate has been bound in the center of the booklet.
