Notes:
Document with text summarizes the Boyms' plan to illustrate the phenomenon of finding beauty even in horrific subject matters. Three images appear below text to further illustrate this: forest fire, tsunami, and oil spill.
The Boyms collaborated with gaffers Chris Rochelle and Aaron Jack August 7-8, 2012 during their time at GlassLab at The Corning Museum of Glass. This document helped in the creation of two GlassLab objects, GL207 and GL208.
The Boyms run Boym Partners, Inc., a design studio in New York.
GlassLab provides an opportunity for designers and glassmakers to collaborate by using hot glass as a catalyst for innovation.
