Design drawing features two platters, one drawn above other. Platter on upper portion of drawing is view from side angle and is drawn with blue and grey for platter color with white swirls to indicate eye of storm; pieces of glass are drawn in green and darker grey to illustrate debris. Platter on lower portion of drawing is view from above and is in black and white; notations detail instructions for fused pieces of glass and for platter itself.
Title written in lower right corner of drawing.

written with lines pointing to specific areas on platter on lower portion of drawing.
The Boyms collaborated with gaffers Chris Rochelle and Aaron Jack August 7-8, 2012 during their time at GlassLab at The Corning Museum of Glass. This document helped in the creation of GlassLab object GL207, Hurricane platter prototype.
