Drawing is for vase with landscape design featuring pond scene with Art Nouveau and Asian influences. Neck of vase is decorated with lily pad flowers and a dragonfly in blue and white watercolor. The top and base feature underwater plants in gold gilding.
"Dessin de la gravure a eté modifié" is penciled in at an upward slant to the left of the drawing.
"300" is written in black ink, below the title, on lower left corner.
This design was formerly cataloged as part of a trade catalog, BIB 55482, made up of 79 original drawings for vases, lighting fixtures, lampshades, and candlesticks; these designs, most of which are anonymous, had been assembled and mounted by R.
