Description
Kerosene Banquet Lamp in "Victoria" Pattern. Colorless glass, silver-colored metal; blown, cut, assembled. (a) Colorless glass lamp base with bulbous body, panel-cut stem with faceted knop, and circular foot with double-ogee edge. Exterior of body and base of foot decorated with elaborate cut decoration consisting of hobstars and angular lines. (b) Silver-colored metal font with threaded opening onto which wick-raiser fits. (c) Metal wick-raiser with two knobs and circular frame onto which glass shade rests. (d) Colorless glass shade with elaborate cut design that matches base. (e) Colorless glass chimney with cut decoration on top third that matches base and shade.
