During the month of January, the GlassMarket Café will be closed due to rennovations. Visit our GlassMarket Café Express in the admissions lobby, open 9 am – 5 pm daily. See the menu below for featured items, including hot and cold beverages, soups, sandwiches, salads, and more.
Our GlassMarket Café offers several dining options for visitors. Take a break during your visit, whether you just need a quick coffee or a larger meal. You may also choose to ride our free shuttlebus to Corning’s historic downtown Gaffer District (also a 10-minute walk) where you’ll find additional dining options.
Eat in the soaring, light-filled spaces of the GlassMarket Café. Choose from hot entrees, pizza, soup, salad, beer and wine. Children's meals available at a family-friendly price.
Open 9 am – 5 pm daily
Coffee and pastries are available beginning at 9 am. Lunch is available at 11 am.
A limited menu, including pizza, soups, sandwiches, and salads, is available after 3 pm.
