Looking for a more intensive and extended introduction to glass for your group? The Immersion in Glass Studies program offers groups an opportunity to learn more about glass and glassworking techniques. The program includes hands-on glassworking with artists, research in the Rakow Research Library, lectures by glass specialists, behind-the-scenes tours of the Museum, and tours of local points of interest. Tailored specifically for your group, the Immersion in Glass Studies program requires at least two days and is appropriate for high school, college, and graduate students, as well as adult groups.
Items made on the final day may be picked up after noon on the following day, or shipping arrangements may be made for an additional fee.
Prices are based on program specifics. Please contact 607.438.5800 or immersioninglass@cmog.org to discuss the options and availability that best suit your group.
