Primary Description: 
Deep blue, probably lead glass; blown and cut. Cylindrical body with wide flaring rim, lower part of body is bulbous, covered with a second gather, applied straight stem and flat circular foot; cut vertical flutes cover upper part of body, separate flutes go around lower part.
