Mostly clear or originally clear glass with bubbles; piece shows weathering or considerable decomposition of the glass and the decoration (of the gold); free blown and enameled or painted; slight weathering; a blue medallion with two birds in red contours, one on top of the other, surrounded by red lines and flower-like red, white, blue, green and yellow spots in "relief".
