Primary Description: 
Clear bubbly glass; free-blown, pattern-molded and tooled, with gilded and cold-paint decoration. Shallow plate with rounded convex thickened central part and wide flat rim with underfolded lip with air trap, pontil mark at underside; two tooled bands (tooled at underside) around rim about 2" from lip and around central deepened part, central part gadrooned with ribs swirling to left; on underside-center a medallion in multicolored (mainly grey, red and gold) cold-painting depicting two groups of women (and men ?) meeting each other in front of a temple-like structure with columns at right and houses (?) at center and left; narrow pattern of gilded floral ornaments on underside covering the whole surface of the plate except for center medallion.
