Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; flameworked, molded, silvered and stained glass; painted; metal collar. Silver ornament with painted and stained decoration on lower ball portion. There are three recessed indents around the ball with green and red stain on the inside. The outside of the recesses are painted in a petal pattern and between the recesses in a pattern of orange stain and yellow and white paint.
