Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Tapered straight sides; engraved swags of repeated ovals alternating with stylized flowers, with pendant flowers at the points, foliate stars above; band of cut half ovals above a band of cut panels, every other panel notched, with rounded cut arcs above; polished base with polished pontil mark; acid-etched mark "Webb" encircled by "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the pontil mark.
