Colorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, woven polychrome glass bead collar. Flared rim; waisted neck; bulbous rib-cut base; woven network of beads around neck, with roses and forget-me- nots and the initials "L.W." (?); radially-cut ribs on base; polished pontil mark.
