Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, lathe- and wheel-cut. Slender conical shape; rim outsplayed with upper surface ground flat; wall descends in smooth curve with convex profile; lathe-cut offset at bottom of rim; between offset and foot, broad band of wheel-cut strigilation; numerous short strain cracks; splayed foot, hollow, but with small loss at center.
