Primary Description: 
Colorless glass, optic-blown, hot-worked glass, applied thread decoration has wide foot and narrow stem decorated with trailed glass. Top portion is conical shaped and narrowing to small opening and has vertical lines from optic mold. A series of holes have been drilled in the cone for stems of flowers. Bottom has been ground.
